Who we are

FormulaIT LLC (“FormulaIT”, “we”, “us”) is a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at support@formulaitai.com.

What this policy covers

This policy applies to formulaitai.com and to the websites, web apps and mobile apps we publish, including apps distributed through Apple's App Store. A product may show you an additional notice for features that work differently. Where it does, that notice applies alongside this policy.

Information we collect

Information you give us.

• Account details, such as your name and email address.
• Content you add to a product, such as photos, text or files you upload so the product can work on them.
• Messages you send to us, for example support requests.

Information collected automatically.

• Device and browser information, IP address, and approximate location derived from it.
• How you use the product, such as pages viewed, features used, errors and timestamps.
• Cookies and similar storage that keep you signed in, remember your settings and help us measure how our products are used.

Payment information. Payments on our websites are handled by our payment processors. We receive confirmation of the payment and limited details such as the card brand and last four digits, never your full card number. Purchases made in our iPhone apps are processed by Apple, and we receive only the details Apple shares with developers.

How we use information

• To provide, maintain and improve our products.
• To create and secure your account, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To answer your questions and provide support.
• To send service messages, such as receipts and important account notices.
• To send product news, only where the law allows or you have agreed. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running and improving our products securely, your consent where we ask for it, and our legal obligations.

AI features

Many of our products use artificial intelligence. When you use an AI feature, the content you submit is sent to the AI model provider that powers it, only to produce your result. We choose providers whose terms limit how they may use that content. We do not use your private content to advertise to you.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

• With service providers that help us run our products, such as hosting, databases, sign-in, payments, email delivery, analytics and AI model providers. They may use the information only to provide their service to us.
• With advertising and analytics platforms, where a product website uses their tools to measure how our ads perform. You can limit this through your browser's cookie settings and the ad settings of those platforms.
• When the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our users, the public or FormulaIT.
• As part of a merger, acquisition or sale of a product or business, in which case the information stays covered by protections at least as strong as this policy.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the product. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal information within 30 days, except for records we must keep for legal, tax, accounting or fraud-prevention reasons.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it.
• Correct information that is wrong or incomplete.
• Delete your account and personal information.
• Object to or restrict certain uses, and withdraw consent you have given.
• Opt out of marketing emails at any time.

To use any of these rights, email support@formulaitai.com from the address on your account. We respond within 30 days and will not treat you differently for using them. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

International transfers

FormulaIT LLC is a United States company, and our team and service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where data protection law requires it, we use safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses for these transfers.

Security

We protect personal information with encryption in transit, access controls and the security features of our providers. No online service can be completely secure, so we also limit what we collect and how long we keep it.

Children

Our products are not directed at children under 13, or under 16 in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will also tell you by email or in the product before it takes effect.
